"Good discounts most of the time"
I mostly use Jeeny because the promo codes actually make a difference. Like, with some ride apps you see a discount and then somehow the final price still feels... not that cheap. But with Jeeny, I’ve genuinely saved a decent amount on rides.

Not every code works for every trip, which is fair I guess. Still, when there’s an offer available, it’s usually easy to apply and it shows up clearly. So yeah, happy with it so far.

I had to cancel my order, they handled it decently. The cancellation itself was quick and hassle-free, which I appreciated. The refund did take a little longer than I hoped, but it came through in the end. Overall, I think they did the right thing and treated the situation fairly

"Felt safe on my rides"
i mean, I’ve used jeeny a few times and for the most part I felt safe. The drivers were polite, the cars had working seatbelts, and I liked being able to see the route clearly in the app. One driver was going a little fast once, but overall my experience was good. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Still Waiting for Help"
I reached out to support expecting at least some kind of response, but I’m still sitting here with no real help. It’s frustrating because when something isn’t working, you just want to feel like someone is actually listening. The slow support makes the whole experience feel disappointing

"Not as reliable as I expected"
I expected the booking to be dependable, but the driver cancelled after I had already been waiting. It was frustrating and not the experience I was hoping for.

"App freezes a lot"
The app keeps freezing on me, and it makes it frustrating to use at times. I feel like other customers probably run into the same thing too, especially when they’re just trying to get something done quickly.

"Not as budget-friendly as it used to be"
I used to pick jeeny because it was usually the cheaper option, especially for short rides. But lately, the prices have felt high. I was in a bit of a tired mood the last time I checked, just wanting a quick affordable ride, and the fare was almost the same as other apps. It doesn’t really feel like the budget-friendly choice anymore.

"Easy booking and clear fares"
I’ve used Jeeny a few times now, and the whole process has been really easy from start to finish. I like that the fare is shown before you book, so there are no awkward surprises at the end. Even when traffic was a bit heavy, the price stayed close to what I saw in the app. Simple, clear, and honest, that’s exactly what I want. 5 stars from me.

"Clean car, decent ride"
I used Jeeny today and the car was really clean inside, which I appreciated. No weird smells, the seats looked fresh, and the driver seemed to keep everything neat. I still had a few mixed feelings about the overall ride, but the cleanliness definitely made it more comfortable

"Driver could’ve been more professional"
I booked a ride through jeeny.me, it wasn’t the best experience. The driver arrived late, then spent a good part of the trip talking on the phone while driving, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. When I asked him to follow the map, he seemed annoyed about it. The car itself was fine, but the attitude really affected the ride. If you’re booking, I’d suggest keeping an eye on the route and speaking up early if something feels off. It wasn’t a terrible ride, but for a paid service, I expected a more professional experience.

"Easy payment, small win for me"
I paid for my ride with my card and it went through right away. No weird extra steps or waiting around, and the receipt showed up in the app almost instantly, which felt like a small win after a long day.

I did have one payment fail before because my bank blocked it, but I tried again and it worked fine. Overall, the payment part has been simple and doesn’t add any stress to the ride.
